Hybrid Support Model

Accolade Support offers a hybrid model, our premium offering, which combines the benefits of both dedicated and shared support.  Calls are always presented to the dedicated agents first.  During call spikes, when the dedicated agents are all busy on the phones and additional calls come in, these calls would go to a pool of skilled shared agents instead of waiting for the next available dedicated agent to finish his or her call. These shared agents are trained to handle your calls as back-up, in case of busy periods, or when your dedicated agents attend product meetings, on-site visits, etc..  Shared agents can also be utilized to enable 24/7/365 support, filling in during low call volumes on weekends and evenings, at the lowest possible rates.
